Job Duties:

  • Assisting current Admin during the busy season
  • Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message, and phone 
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and sales 
  • Maintain scheduled calls using the company software and downloadable app making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician and update customers as needed of technician's ETA 
  • Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, maintenance, and installations from customers and prospective customers. 
  • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments 
  • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
  • Other assigned duties as directed by management

 Job Availability

Part-Time- SEASONAL from June to August and October to December

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

9:30am-4:30pm

Pay: $12.00-$16.00 an hour

Desired Education and Experience:

1-2 years of work as an administrative assistant

2-5 years experience in customer service and or dispatcher environment

Knowledge of Housecall Pro and CallRail desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Other Qualification:

MUST be able to pass a background clearance.

MUST have reliable transportation

MUST live in Darby, PA, or the surrounding area
