  • Answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, and/or schedule appointments
  • Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Transmit information or documents to members in Community Pass
  • Hear and resolve complaints from members or the public
  • Perform administrative support tasks
  • File and maintain records
  • Provide information about the establishment, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, packages, or courier deliveries
  • Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents
  • Maintain/update outdoor display case and display monitor in the lobby
  • Receive payment and record receipts for services
  • Ensure printers and copy machines are working properly
  • File and maintain all AP invoices, receipts, and packing slips
  • Reflect payments in the accounting system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain a listing of all accounts payable (vendors)
  • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
  • Interaction with vendors, obtaining new vendor forms, W-9/W8BEN in case of new vendors, obtaining Bank information and responding to their inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies
