Description
Essential Functions

- Answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, and/or schedule appointments
- Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Transmit information or documents to members in Community Pass
- Hear and resolve complaints from members or the public
- Perform administrative support tasks
- File and maintain records
- Provide information about the establishment, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, packages, or courier deliveries
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents
- Maintain/update outdoor display case and display monitor in the lobby
- Receive payment and record receipts for services
- Ensure printers and copy machines are working properly
- File and maintain all AP invoices, receipts, and packing slips
- Reflect payments in the accounting system in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain a listing of all accounts payable (vendors)
- Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Interaction with vendors, obtaining new vendor forms, W-9/W8BEN in case of new vendors, obtaining Bank information and responding to their inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies
