Always Best Care Senior Services is the leader in home health services! We are looking for Direct Care Workers for WEEKEND SHIFTS ONLY to provide various services for our clients throughout the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

This position will be hired for any variety of cases for Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays

Candidates should be able to perform ADLs, such as: bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.

Additional requirements include:

• At least two years of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Ability to work with different personality types in a professional manner
• Three references required
• Proof of a clear TB/PPD test taken within the last year showing clear results
• Must be able to pass background check
• CNA License & Child Abuse Clearance a plus
